Summer Sundays Forest Bathing
Connect with nature during the most abundant time of the year with a slow, grounding evening in nature.
Join me for a gentle winter forest bathing session on a Sunday evening, combining guided nature connection with warm foraged tea. Together we’ll gather to appreciate the chaos that summer can bring, and find the calm amongst it through nature. We'll slow our nervous systems, and learn techniques to connect to our senses in new ways.
This is not a hike or fitness walk but a calm, sensory experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
The evidence-based practice that supports your wellbeing through deep connection with nature.
As a fully qualified and insured Forest Therapy Practitioner, I guide you through a gentle sequence of invitations to help quiet the mind, balance the nervous systems, and reconnect with your senses. Together, we will create room for rest, reflection, and reconnection — with the land, with your inner self, and with each other.
You don’t need to be fit, forest-savvy, or spiritual — just willing to go slow.🌿
