Join me for a magical Summer Solstice evening of forest therapy at Beacon Fell — the longest day of the year, celebrated in the heart of the woodland.

As the sun begins its descent, we'll slow down, open our senses, and connect deeply with the land at this powerful turning point in the year. This session includes a ceremonial cacao drink to open the heart and deepen your connection with nature and each other.

What is Forest Therapy?
Forest Therapy, also known as Shinrin-Yoku or Forest Bathing, is a calm, sensory experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the natural world. This is not a hike or fitness walk — it's an evidence-based practice that supports your wellbeing through deep nature connection.
