Celebrate the Summer Solstice with a gentle morning of forest therapy in the beautiful Avenham & Miller Parks, Preston — and it's free to attend on a donation basis.

As the sun rises on the longest day of the year, we'll slow down together, open our senses, and connect with the land through guided nature invitations. This is a welcoming, accessible session for all — come as you are.

What is Forest Therapy?
Forest Therapy, also known as Shinrin-Yoku or Forest Bathing, is a calm, sensory experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the natural world. This is not a hike or fitness walk — it's an evidence-based practice that supports your wellbeing through deep nature connection.

  • Grounding meditation to connect with your senses
  • Slow movement through the landscape with sensory invitations
  • Time for stillness, optional sharing, and simply being with nature
