As the sun rises on the longest day of the year, we'll slow down together, open our senses, and connect with the land through guided nature invitations. This is a welcoming, accessible session for all — come as you are.
What is Forest Therapy?
Forest Therapy, also known as Shinrin-Yoku or Forest Bathing, is a calm, sensory experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the natural world. This is not a hike or fitness walk — it's an evidence-based practice that supports your wellbeing through deep nature connection.
What to Expect
- This free session will last for 1.5 hours
- Grounding meditation to connect with your senses
- Slow movement through the landscape with sensory invitations
- Time for stillness, optional sharing, and simply being with nature
- Closing tea ceremony and grounding practice
- Wear comfy, weather-appropriate clothing — rain or shine
